PILATES CLASSES
This is a session for all strength levels. You will spend part of the class working through some basic lifting patterns for either upper body or lower body with kettle bells, dumbbells or bumper plates.
These lifting patterns will then be a part of a high intensity burn for the rest session, nishing with a Pilates core burn to centre your body, leaving the Studio feeling Strong, sweaty and aligned.

An Initial Consultation is required before you join our Studio Pilates class and all sessions are Private Health Fund rebatable if you have the appropriate cover. These sessions are all Physio lead sessions.
