Our private and small group Pilates sessions allow you to work closely with our Physiotherapists and instructors in a focused, supportive environment. We’ll assess your movement, identify imbalances or areas of weakness, and create a targeted program using specialised studio equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair.
This approach helps correct movement patterns, prevent injury, and build lasting strength — whether you prefer a 1:1 private session, duet session, or small group studio format.

1:1 Private Sessions
Work one-on-one with a Physiotherapist or Pilates instructor for completely personalised programming. Each Private Pilates session focuses on your individual goals, from injury recovery and core strength to posture correction and improved mobility.

Duet Sessions
Train alongside a friend or partner in a Duet Pilates session that blends personalised attention with shared motivation. These sessions are ideal if you enjoy a more social environment while still receiving tailored guidance and access to our full range of Pilates studio equipment.

Small Group Studio
Enjoy the benefits of a private session with the energy of a small group. Our Small Group Studio Pilates classes (max 4 people) are led by a Physiotherapist who tailors the program to each participant’s goals and abilities, ensuring correct technique, safety, and progress over time.
