Sally grew up in Sydney and spent her teenage years representing Australia in athletics. That early experience as a young athlete sparked her interest in anatomy and a lifelong passion for understanding how the body moves.
With more than ten years of experience as a remedial massage therapist, Sally brings a natural and thoughtful approach to pain management. She focuses on clear communication throughout every treatment so her clients feel understood, supported, and confident in their recovery.
She is continually expanding her skills through ongoing education in massage and allied health, always looking for ways to refine her technique and offer the best possible care.
Outside of PHYX, Sally is a proud mum of three boys and thrives on healthy competition. You will often find her at the beach volleyball courts serving up a powerful game and embracing the coastal lifestyle.

David is a calm and grounded presence who helps people reconnect with themselves through nervous system support, meditation, and emotional healing. His work is shaped by personal experience, a journey from burnout to balance, and a belief that real change comes from softening into who you already are.
Most days, you will find David swimming in the ocean and living a vibrant, reflective life that mirrors the work he shares. He is deeply connected to his community, works in the care sector, and enjoys quiet time with his old dog Doug, on the days Doug is not off living his best life in Sydney.

Sheena is the person who keeps PHYX running behind the scenes. Her mild obsession with order tends to take over in the best possible way. If it is not labelled, sorted, or arranged neatly, she will probably fix that before anyone else has noticed.
Movement is an important part of her life and helps guide the supportive, down to earth atmosphere created for members and staff. She cares about making PHYX a place where people feel comfortable, capable, and part of a community.
Outside PHYX, Sheena is usually making or improving something. It might be a corner of the garden, a new home design idea, or a good meal shared with friends. Her two dogs are never far away and tend to supervise most projects.
