How long do I have to use the Reset Series?
You will have four weeks from the date of first service booked to use all sessions included in the package.

• 8 Reformer Pilates sessions at PHYX Newcastle

How do I book my sessions?
After purchasing the Reset Series, you will book directly with each participating studio for your sessions.
Can I share my package with someone else?
No. The Reset Series is limited to one package per person and sessions cannot be shared or transferred.
Do the sessions roll over if I don’t use them?
All sessions must be used within four weeks of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period.
Is there a limit on how many packages are available?
Yes. The Reset Series is limited to a small number of packages to ensure availability across all three studios.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes. The Reset Series can be purchased as a gift for someone else, however all sessions must still be used within four weeks of the purchase date.
When should I purchase?
We recommend purchasing as soon as possible, as the Reset Series is limited and expected to sell out quickly.
What if I already attend PHYX, Zadig or High Brow?
You can absolutely still purchase the Reset Series. It’s a great way to add extra recovery, treatments and Pilates sessions to your routine at a significantly reduced price.
