Each class is Physio-informed, adaptable for injuries, and capped at small numbers so you feel supported, seen, and capable.

Led by our Physiotherapist Rosie, this small-group class (max 8 people) uses weights, resistance, and foundational movement patterns to build strength where it matters most — legs, hips, core, and upper body.

Safe, smart programming helps improve balance, coordination, power, and everyday confidence.
